My Inspector Certifications
Check out all of the certification seals I have achieved through InterNACHI®; the world's leading association for home inspectors.
Trained & Experienced
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.
In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
Backed By the Honor Guarantee
InterNACHI® is so certain of the integrity of our members that we back them up with our $25,000 Honor Guarantee.
InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Home Maintenance Book Is Included
With every full home inspection service, I include a home maintenance book for my clients. The book explains how a home works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy.
It also includes seasonal maintenance checklists.
Buy-Back Guarantee Is Included
If the home inspector misses a covered item, InterNACHI® will buy the home. The Guarantee may be honored for up to 90 days after closing. Additional terms and conditions apply, and the details are available at www.nachi.org/buy.
Meet (First and Last Name)
I love being a certified home inspector. During my inspections, I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I will inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems, and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology. I enjoy educating my clients about how their homes work and how to maintain them.
